The Fall and Cookie Programs are an integral part of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, where girls gain hands-on practice with 5 skills linked to leadership and financial literacy - goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics.

Communication is key! Communication with your troop is critical, because your troop will use the program to help your child develop lifelong skills while mentoring you through the logistics of the program.

In order to participate in the 2024-25 Girl Scouts–Arizona Cactus-Pine Council (GSACPC) Fall and Cookie Programs, a parent or guardian must adhere to the following program participation requirements, critical success factors and the financial agreement. This form is good for BOTH the 2024 Fall Product Program and the 2025 Cookie Program.

Financial Agreement

All money earned is the property of GSACPC.
Product must be sold at the price set by the Council.
All proceeds earned by a troop member belong to the troop, not the individual girl.
I am financially responsible for all unsold product in my daughter’s possession at the end of the sale.
GSACPC will take the necessary steps to recover all outstanding debts.
I am financially responsible for ALL fees associated with collecting money I owe to GSACPC.
If I misuse Girl Scouts funds, I will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
If an unfortunate event happens and money and/or products are stolen, like any other theft claim, you will be asked to provide documentation, including a police report. You may be asked about your personal insurance as a good faith measure. This helps validate the claim, the amount of loss and to rule out negligence.

Critical Success Factors

Product cannot be returned (cookies, nuts or candy) to the Council or troop; therefore, I will only take product that my daughter is able to sell.
I will not accept bills larger than $20.
Money is turned into the troop in a timely manner.
Personal money is never mingled with product money.
I will request and retain a receipt for all product and money transactions for one year of the start of sale date.
A girl will be present when cookies are being sold via booths, door-to-door, etc.
I will not booth or sell cookies at unauthorized locations such as dispensaries, the Phoenix Open, etc. that are not authorized by Council.

Program Participation Requirements

Our family does not owe Girl Scout money for any reason.
My Girl Scout is currently registered as a Girl Scout.
I will supervise my Girl Scout at all times and follow appropriate safety guidelines listed in the Program Manuals and on the GSACPC website.
I will model and teach my Girl Scout to live by the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
