Troop Money Earning Project Approval Form

All money earning projects must meet GSUSA and GSACPC guidelines. Please review all guidelines before submitting this form including but not limited to:

• Troop Money Management
• Safety Activity Checkpoints
• Please be advised of AZ Cottage Laws if considering food/drink items. This program requires regitration of your items and a fee. 

 
Approval forms are required for all money earning projects. Please allow 3-4 weeks for approval.

Budgets must be prepared for all money earning projects and made available if requested. A written budget must be submitted with your application if your money earning project is an event.

 
Any fliers for your project must be submitted with the project approval form and must include "Troop Money Earning Event". 

Per Troop Money Management Girl Scout Daisies may not participate in money-earning projects other than the Council Product Programs. If you have a multi-level troop with daisies, they are not permitted to participate.

Money Earning Events are not permitted during the Council Cookie Sale.
